02Process
Five steps · design 6–10 weeks- 01
Consultation
A 30-minute call or site visit. We confirm scope, zoning constraints and what the city will ask for.

Survey & as-builts
We measure the existing conditions and draw them up as the base for everything that follows.

Design & drawings
Plans, elevations and sections in the studio's lineweights, reviewed with you and the GC before anything is final.
- 04
Plan check & permit
We submit, answer corrections, and hand the crew a stamped set they can build from.
- 05
Construction
GNET builds from the approved set. Same drawings, same people, one point of contact through final inspection.
